Job Description

RAC WA in Perth seeks an experienced Lending Lead to shape capability within our Personal Finance team. This hands-on role balances credit assessment, policy governance and people leadership to deliver compliant, effective lending that places members first.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll act as 2IC, mentor staff, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement across lending processes while ensuring adherence to NCCP, AML/CTF and KYC obligations.
