As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an key role in delivering a consistently high-quality food experience across our bistro and events. You'll enjoy the variety of a busy daytime bistro alongside the creativity and occasion of premium weddings and events — without the late-night restaurant lifestyle.

Key responsibilities
Running your section confidently and independently during service
Preparing and cooking high-quality food to our standards
Working with seasonal and local produce and contributing to menu development
Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operations
Working across bistro service, weddings and premium events
Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, consistency and timing
Ensuring your section is clean, organised and service-ready
Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the kitchen team where appropriate

About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality,



high-volume kitchen
The confidence to manage your own section during busy service
Solid food preparation and cooking skills
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Positive communication and a genuine team mentality
High standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation
A passion for quality produce and well-executed food
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional events
Pastry experience is highly desirable
