About the Role
As anArea Manager, your focus will be on ensuring stores consistently deliver the required standards acrossquality, customer service, merchandising, food, fuel and overall store operations.
You'll spend time in the field conducting audits and assessments, but just as importantly, you'll work alongside store teams tocoach, influence and implement practical improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
Champion retail standardsacross stores, including merchandising, marketing, point-of-sale and customer service
Conductquality, standards, audit and product compliance checks
Monitor compliance acrossfood safety, safe working practices and workplace health & safety
Identify operational gaps and work with Licensees and Store Managers to develop and implement improvement plans
Coach and train store teamsto ensure consistent brand and operational standards
Complete thefull audit cycle, assessing operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance
Analyse audit findingsand store data, preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improvesales, marketing and store performance, and support their implementation
Build strong relationships with Licensees, Store Managers and internal and external stakeholders
Support new store openingsand the rollout of field programs and initiatives
Travel regularly across the state, including some overnight stays and occasional air travel
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who iscommercially minded, confident working with people and comfortable assessing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Whether your background is inretail management, fast food, petrol & convenience or auditing, this is an opportunity to take your experience into a broader, multi-site Area Manager role.

Experience working with standards, compliance, processes or performance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to analyse information and produce clear, accurate reports
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Good commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
A currentAustralian driver's licenceand willingness to undertake frequent travel
