We are seeking expressions of interest forRestaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managerpositions at our Aldinga restaurant.
Our Managers play a key role in driving excellence acrossQuality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V;).
You will lead, coach and develop our crew and management team while ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong operational standards.
These roles offer the opportunity to take ownership of restaurant performance, develop your leadership capability and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
What Your Role Includes
As a Manager, you will:
Lead and coach crew and management teams to deliver outstandingQSC&V; and customer experiences.
Drive operational excellence through the McDonald'sPACE cycleand continuous improvement.
Develop and support your team through training, feedback, performance management and succession planning.
Ensure strong food safety, workplace safety and operational compliance.
Support workforce planning, rostering and labour management.
Implement local initiatives that build sales, guest counts and community engagement.
Work collaboratively with your management team to achieve restaurant goals and create a high-performing culture.
In addition to the above, theRestaurant Managerwill take greater ownership of the overall restaurant's performance, including:
Financial performance, budgeting and profitability.
Setting clearbusiness goals, targets and action plansand driving the team to achieve them.




Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Leading the management team throughdepartment planning and performance reviews.
Developing and executing strategies to drivesales growth and sustainable business results.
Building a strong leadership pipeline andsuccession planfor the future.
