Job Description
Brown Family Wine Group in Milawa, Victoria, invites a motivated Chef de Partie to join our acclaimed kitchen team.
You will work hands-on with diverse techniques, including fermentation, miso, sourdough, charcuterie and cheese making, under the guidance of our Executive Chef.
You will deliver best-in-class dining experiences, maintain garden produce, supervise staff when required, and help realise the exciting Arbour outdoor dining project as part of the evolving Brown Brothers visitor
