Job Description
As a Personal Care Worker at ourCranbourne Northvillage,you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents.
This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident's daily lives.
What you will do:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeing
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, protected, and welcoming community
Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset's values
This is a casual position, working on an as-needed basis.
We're seeking team members who are available to coverafternoon shifts (2:45pm to 10:00pm)andnight shifts (9:45pm to 7:15am).

Qualifications
You'll bring with you:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home and Community)



or willingness to achieve this with our support
A genuine passion for working with older people
Empathy, kindness, and a positive, team-focused attitude
Great communication skills and emotional resilience
Eligibility to work in Australia, pass a medical questionnaire and national police check.
