Warehouse Assistant – Bakery Manufacturing St Peters n

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our bakery manufacturing team. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who is organised, physically fit, attentive to detail and comfortable working in a fast‑paced workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

n

Picking, packing and organising cakes and pastries products

n

Moving products in and out of the freezer

n

Receiving, checking and storing stock

n

Rotating stock according to FIFO procedures

n

Maintaining a clean, protected and organised warehouse

n

Assisting with simple production and warehouse tasks

n

Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures

n

The successful candidate will:

n





Be comfortable working in a freezer for periods during each shift

n

Be able to safely lift and move boxes and products

n

Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn

n

Be able to follow instructions and work well within a team

n

Warm freezer jackets will be provided. Previous warehouse, food‑production or bakery experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

n

We are keen to hear from candidates looking for a full‑time/part‑time prospect who are available for a minimum of three shifts per week.
