Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Chadstone, located in one of Melbourne's leading fashion and lifestyle precincts. This is a practical, wide-ranging role where you'll support our residential aged care homes and work closely with managers and employees across day-to-day HR, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and people projects.

About the Role
n




Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you'll support a portfolio of aged care homes across the full employee lifecycle. The role includes recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, compliance activities, engagement initiatives, systems support, reporting and involvement in People & Culture projects.

About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, Recruitment or People & Culture
n
Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
n
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems and processes
n
Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
n
Experience in aged care, healthcare or another regulated industry, plus a current Driver's Licence, will be highly regarded
n
