Key responsibilities

You will support the preparation of unexplained wealth investigations and present financial analysis to a Forensic Accountant, on matters relating to confiscation proceedings within Victoria, who will prepare and present financial analysis supporting current unexplained wealth legislation under the Confiscation Act **** as expert witnesses.

As a member of the Criminal Proceeds Squad, as a Financial Investigator, you will work closely with police investigators to interpret financial documents, records and business structures.
n
Assisting police to understand complex financial arrangements.
n
Providing advice on financial avenues of enquiry and sources of information.
n

What you need

Experience in managing multiple matters that may have competing and occasionally urgent deadlines.
n
To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
