Balladong Gardens in York seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead secure, high-quality, person-centred care. This permanent part time role offers 30 hours per fortnight, ideal for a clinician living near Perth who desires regional leadership while maintaining a metropolitan lifestyle.

You will oversee clinical and allied health services, guide care planning, ensure AN-ACC and Quality Standards compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within BaptistCare.
