Key Duties
Review and assess students at the beginning of each program
Provide a flexible program that caters for individual students
Deliver learning programs thatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge of how students learn
Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs including feedback from students and assessment data to inform planning
Modelhigh expectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroom culture
Provide reports within school standards and timelines
Embrace a culture of collaboration to enhance student learning

Skills and Experience
Experience teachingVCELegal StudiesUnits 1-4 is essential.Versatility to teach another VCE commerce subject will be an advantage.
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal growth
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with legal developments, and approaching teaching with a proactive, reflective, and growth-oriented mindset.
Holds a current VIT Registration along with specialised teaching qualifications inLegal Studiesor related fields.
