About the role:

Personal Carers work under the direction of theregistered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents inan effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard ofliving is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with agenuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting theirdignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and
companionship,lifestyle
interests and reminiscence.
n
This role requires availability Monday to Sunday for morning,afternoon and night shifts.

What do you need for the role?

n
Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or
appropriatequalifications
and experience
n
Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team
n
Highly developed verbal and written
communicationskills
n
Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
