Job Description

MEGT (Australia) Ltd is seeking a frontline Employment Services caseworker in Melbourne's Altona area to deliver the Workforce Australia contract and support participants toward sustainable employment.

You will assess barriers, develop tailored Job Plans, provide 1:1 coaching and group workshops, and work with employers to source vacancies. This role requires resilience, organisation, and a passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.
