An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a tier 1 architecture practice in Sydney.

You'll work across complex Aviation, Infrastructure and Data Centre projects, playing a key role in BIM coordination, clash detection, model management and digital delivery throughout the design process.
n
Working closely with architects, engineers, consultants and project teams, you'll help coordinate multidisciplinary models, maintain BIM standards and ensure high-quality project information and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead BIM coordination across complex Aviation, Infrastructure and Data Centre projects.
n
Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection and consultant model exchanges.
n
Support project teams with BIM standards, workflows and information requirements.
n




Set up and manage project models within Revit.
n
Conduct model reviews and coordination workshops, identifying and resolving design issues.
n
Support digital handover and project information requirements.
n
Provide Revit and BIM support to project teams and contribute to improving BIM standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, accurate and coordinated project information.
n
n
You'll be an experienced BIM and design delivery professional with strong technical capability and a passion for coordinating complex projects.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design or a related discipline.
n
Around 3-7 years' experience in BIM coordination or design delivery.
n
Advanced Revit skills and experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
n
Experience using Navisworks Manage or similar coordination software.
n
Strong understanding of consultant coordination and project delivery workflows.
n
Experience with BIM standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
n
Knowledge of ISO *****, CDE processes and information management would be advantageous.
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
n
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
