The accounting practice is a well established firm with a team of 30 professionals and is seeking an experienced Manager to join their team. They are looking for a positive, client focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.

Your duties will include:
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with quality clients.
Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to help them to develop their skills.
Coordinating workflow and ensuring tasks are effectively prioritised and completed on time.
Reviewing work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards.
Supporting a positive, collaborative, and healthy team culture.
Providing guidance and assistance to team members while contributing to the overall success of the practice.
To be considered for this position you will be a Supervisor or Manager for another accounting practice and be CA or CPA qualified.
