Opportunity for an experienced and driven Multi-Site Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of two hospitality venues based in Rozelle and Alexandria.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, team development, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across the sites.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, can balance financial planning with day-to-day operations, is passionate about hospitality, and building high-performing teams and venues.
About You
You are a self-motivated and proven hospitality leader with experience managing complex operations and multiple teams.
Hospitality management experience




Experience managing Venues
Financial acumen, budgeting, labour management, and P&L;
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Exceptional organisational skills and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and hospitality compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with owners, managers, suppliers, and staff
