Job Description
The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Diabetes Co-Management Service under HARP.
You will provide diabetes management, education, and coordination of care across clinic, home-based, and telehealth settings.
Ideal candidates have Division 1 registration, a postgraduate diabetes educator course, and experience in hospital or community settings with complex health needs.
Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
