Job Description

You will manage trades, enforce safety, and drive high-quality concrete, waterproofing, and facade repairs on time and to spec.
The role demands 3–5+ years of site management in remediation, robust leadership, and clear communication with residents and engineers.
A White Card, trade qualification or building degree, working at heights, and a valid licence are required.
