Key responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the delivery of business analysis activities for key ICT systems and applications to support operational services and business needs.
Lead analysis of the ongoing development, enhancement and maintenance of key ICT systems, applications and platforms by working with business and development stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to the product vision and program needs.
Lead the development, documentation and agreement of business requirements in-line with the project strategy, goals and outcomes.
