The Role

As a Finance & Administration Officer, you will provide key support across the firm's finance function. Your duties will include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Trust accounting and trust account reconciliations
Trust account audits
General account reconciliations and financial administration
Payroll processing using HR3
Assisting with month‑end procedures, including financial reporting
Record management, filing, and document administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in legal accounts (essential)
Strong trust accounting experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
