Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Child & Family Practitioner in Unley, SA to provide skilled casework and support for children and families.
The role focuses on placing children in secure, stable, family-based environments, using CARE to mentor carers and address trauma impacts.
You will work with carers, children and agencies to develop individual care plans prioritising safety and wellbeing, ensuring high-quality documentation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
