We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our care team at the Avoca campus. You will be responsible for managing all clinical, non-clinical, and financial operations to ensure residents receive outstanding person-centered care.

In this critical leadership role, you will:

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to staff across all departments
n
Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence
n
Develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration
n
Empower your team through coaching, training, and career development
n
Ensure care plans and services meet the unique needs of every individual
n
Champion resident-directed care and shared decision making
n
Implement systems to deliver safe, high-quality, culturally-appropriate care
n
Identify and lead new initiatives aligned with aged care reforms
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and participate in accreditation cycles
n
Manage residential care standards, occupancy levels and funding performance
n
