Key Responsibilities

Coordinatefoodpreparationforbreakfast,lunch,anddinnerservices
Maintainconsistentstandardsforfoodquality,presentation,andportioncontrol
Applyfoodsafety,hygiene,infectioncontrol,andworkplacesafetyprocedures
Completekitchendutiesefficientlywithinscheduledmealservicetimes
Assistwithfoodstorage,stockrotation,andkitchenorganisation
Maintainaclean,hygienic,andorderlycommercialkitchen
Workcooperativelywithcateringandsupportstaff
Respondprofessionallytochangingservicerequirementsandpatientneeds
Contributetoapositivediningandmealexperienceforpatients
Requirements & Eligibility
DemonstratedexperienceasaCookincommercialcatering,hospitality,healthcare,agedcare,orasimilarkitchenenvironment
Practicalunderstandingoffoodpreparation,cookingtechniques,andkitchenoperations




Knowledgeoffoodsafety,hygiene,andsafefoodhandlingpractices
