About the Role
NRI Australia & New Zealand is looking for experienced
SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultants
to join our
Managed Services Enterprise Applications team
.
We have opportunities available at both
Consultant and Senior Consultant level
, supporting complex, business-critical
SAP ECC6 HCM and Australian Payroll environments
for major enterprise clients.
These are hands-on functional roles covering
SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management, Benefits and ESS/MSS
, with a strong focus on production support, configuration, enhancements and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Provide
Level 2 & 3 functional support
across SAP HCM and Payroll
Configure and support
PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS
Support Australian Payroll including
payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, time evaluation and absence quotas
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
Support Australian payroll, taxation, legislative and compliance requirements
Develop functional specifications and deliver system enhancements
Work closely with
ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors
teams
Support integrations, upgrades, SAP Notes, support packs, testing and releases
Work within an
ITSM/ServiceNow
environment across incident,



problem and change management
Identify opportunities for
automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates at two levels:
SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant
3+ years' SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience
Minimum 3 years' SAP HR/Payroll experience within a support environment
Solid hands-on experience across
SAP HCM Payroll, PA, OM and Time Management
Strong understanding of
Australian Payroll
, taxation, schemas, PCRs, wage types and compliance
Senior SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant
7+ years' SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience
Minimum 5 years' SAP HR/Payroll support experience
Extensive experience across
OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS
Deep expertise in Australian Payroll and strong configuration and production-support capability
Across both levels, we're looking for people with strong
stakeholder engagement and consulting capability
, who are comfortable working within large, complex enterprise environments and representing NRI with our clients.
Experience with
LSMW/BDC, ServiceNow/ITSM, SAP OSS Notes, testing and release management
will be highly regarded, along with relevant SAP certifications.
