Experienced Plumber | Civil & Construction

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our team, with solid experience in civil and construction environments.
n
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of quality and safety, and can work effectively as part of a team while also taking responsibility for their own work.

What we are looking for

Proven experience as a plumber, preferably within civil/construction environments.
n
Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, repairs and maintenance.
n
Experience with stormwater, drainage, sewer, water and underground services.
n
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
n
Positive understanding of levels, grades, falls and pipe installation.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
Ability to identify hazards and work safely around plant, machinery and other trades.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.




n
Reliable, professional and able to work independently when required.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support apprentices and less experienced workers.
n
Relevant plumbing qualification – Certificate III in Plumbing (CPC***** or equivalent).
n
Current plumbing
licence/registration
appropriate to the role and jurisdiction.
n
Demonstrated experience in civil plumbing, drainage and underground services.
n
Competent in reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications.
n
Knowledge of SWMS, JSA/JHA, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
n
Understanding of underground service identification and working around existing services.
n
Knowledge of excavation, trenching and working safely in and around excavations.
n
Ability to carry out quality checks and identify potential issues before they become problems.
n
Commitment to our safety, quality and efficiency standards.
