Multiplex is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Industrial Relations Manager to join the Victoria team, overseeing HR and IR across a major infrastructure alliance in Melbourne. You will lead a small HR/IR team and partner with project leaders to deliver practical, compliant people solutions for a large construction workforce.
You will guide EBAs and Awards compliance, manage investigations and performance processes, and drive workforce planning, recruitment and engagement initiatives.
