Experienced Automotive Business Manager – Finance & Insurance
South Morang Motor Group is seeking an experienced and agile Automotive Business Manager to join our busy, growing multi-franchise dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished F&I; professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys working with a diverse range of brands and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
Working closely with our sales teams, you will guide customers through their finance and insurance options while helping the dealership achieve strong, sustainable results.
Presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
Managing finance applications accurately and efficiently
Building strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers
Maximising finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities
Supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey
Ensuring all documentation and processes meet legal, regulatory and dealership compliance requirements
Providing a professional, transparent and seamless customer experience
Consistently achieving individual and dealership performance targets
About You
To succeed in this position, you will have:




Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager or in a similar dealership-based F&I; role
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance requirements
A demonstrated record of achieving strong finance penetration and profitability
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A customer-focused and ethical approach
The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
Energy, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
