A tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Business, Psychology,
Employment/IndustrialRelationsor
arelated discipline.

Demonstrated experience in aseniorPeople & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complexand diverse business portfolios.

Solid working knowledge ofAustralian employment legislationand contemporary people practices.

The ability to analyse complexsituations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical,
commerciallyfocused
solutions.

About the Role

AsDirector, People &Culture; Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across NewSouth Wales& ACTand a diverse
corporateportfolioprimarily
ofProperty and
FacilitiesManagement.

Acting as a trusted people advisor, you willprovideexpert guidanceon a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders buildengaged, high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across theSydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.

Act as the first point of contactfor managersand a coachon employee relations,
performancemanagement,engagementand
people related matters.

Support recruitment

planning and onboarding across your portfolio.

Provide clear and
commerciallyfocused
advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.

Build strong relationships
