We're expanding our Melbourne field sales team and looking for confident, competitive and outgoing people to join us.
This is a
face-to-face field role
- you'll be out in residential areas speaking with homeowners and booking appointments for our solar & battery specialists.
What the role involves:
Working outdoors and approaching homeowners face-to-face
Working alongside a young, motivated sales team
Daily targets and team competitions
Full sales training provided - no solar experience required
Strong performers can progress into closing/team leader roles
Pay:




Performance-based - solid performers can earn
$1,000-$1,500+ per week

You'll suit this role if you're:
confident talking to strangers, competitive, energetic, motivated by money, comfortable working outdoors and happy being on your feet for most of the day.
Experience in
sales, hospitality, trades, sport, fitness, promotions, fundraising or other people-facing roles
is highly regarded.
This is NOT an office/customer-service position. It is a face-to-face field sales role.
Must be able to travel to Derrimut **** in the mornings.
