Job Description
n
Administer and maintain Jira Data Center, Confluence Data Center, and Crowd environments on Linux.
n
Configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, notification schemes, and automation rules.
n
Design and manage Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and collaboration workflows.
n
Integrate Jira, Confluence, Crowd, GitHub, and other enterprise applications.
n
Perform platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and health checks.
n
Develop automation scripts and custom plugins to improve operational efficiency.
n
Support Agile delivery teams by optimizing Jira boards, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
n
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
n
Provide L2/L3 support and incident management following ITIL practices.
n




Collaborate with global stakeholders and platform users to deliver business solutions.

Scripting skills in Python for automation and platform administration.
