The position requires the employee to undertake activities for which they have the legal authority and competence to perform.
Key responsibilities
The person performing the delegated activity is accountable for his or her own actions and to the General Practitioner (GP) and Registered Nurse (RN).
The position holder will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (the Network) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) & Juvenile Justice rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation.
Supervision means the direction and guidance given by a RN to an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
