We're looking for aCreative Director – Designto lead our Brand Design team in North Sydney.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can take sharp strategy and turn it intopremium, disruptive brand identity systems,while setting the creative standard, developing the team and building a high performing studio rhythm.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of Graphic Designers
Own brand identity projects from concept through to rollout




Set and maintain a seriously high creative standard
Lead client workshops and presentations
Coach and develop the design team
Work closely with Strategy, Accounts, Growth, Content/Media and Web
Build better creative processes, workflows and QA
What we're looking for:
3+ years as a Creative Director within an agency
7–10+ years overall brand/design experience
Strong brand identity, guidelines and systems experience
Proven experience leading a small design team
Confident presenting to senior clients
A portfolio with3–5 strong identity case studiesshowing your thinking and process
