Leading National Architecture Practice | Adelaide | Contract to End of Year
We're working with a
leading national architecture practice
that is looking for an Architectural Graduate with
healthcare experience
to join their Adelaide team on a contract basis from now through to the end of the year.
This role is particularly suited to someone who has experience working on
healthcare projects and attending clinical user group meetings
.
About the role
The key focus of this role will be
attending user group meetings, capturing the information discussed and ensuring the project documentation reflects the outcomes
.
You'll work alongside the main project lead and will be responsible for:
Attending regular healthcare user group meetings
Taking detailed minutes and capturing key requirements
Reporting back to the project lead
Updating drawings and documentation based on information gathered
Following up on actions and project requirements
Supporting the wider project team with coordination and documentation
About you
Healthcare experience is essential for this role, particularly experience working within a clinical or healthcare project environment.
We're looking for someone with:
Architecture degree and Graduate-level experience
Previous healthcare/clinical project experience
Experience attending user group meetings is essential
Strong minute-taking, reporting and communication skills
Experience updating drawings based on stakeholder feedback
Good Revit/documentation skills
DruFUS experience is preferred, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
