Key Responsibilities:
Drive C&E; and banquet revenue through proactive sales and lead conversion
Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and secure contracts
Build strong client relationships and grow a consistent sales pipeline




Conduct site inspections and client meetings to win business
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events
Actively convert MICE leads and identify current business opportunities
What You'll Bring:
Sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded
Experience with CRM systems (Ivvy preferred)
Knowledge of C&E; or MICE is a plus
