We boast newly renovated spaces including a revitalised Pavilion alfresco restaurant, a multitude of current bars spanning across two levels with spaces to sit back and enjoy award‑winning sunsets across our waterfront grounds.
We have an exciting prospect for a hands‑on Groundskeeper/Cellarman to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role covering garden and grounds maintenance, cellar duties, and general support around the hotel — including moving stock and equipment, deep cleaning, and pressure washing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cellar duties such as stock rotation, keg changes and putting away the beverage order
Assisting the wider team with moving stock, furniture and equipment around the venue
Deep cleaning and pressure washing of grounds, cellar and back‑of‑house areas
General garden and grounds maintenance
What we're looking for:
Physically fit and happy to get your hands dirty, there's a fair bit of deep cleaning involved
Reliable, polite and presentable, as you'll be working around our customers
Compliance with required safety regulations
This is a permanent position working 5 days per week.
