Previous medical or allied health reception experience would be highly regarded, particularly experience with practice management software, Medicare, private health claiming, WorkSafe, TAC or DVA. However, the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
This position will initially include a




regular Tuesday afternoon shift from 2:30pm–6:30pm each week
.
Importantly, we are looking for someone who also has
flexibility outside of these regular hours
and can assist with additional reception coverage when needed.
The right person will ideally be available to:
Work the regular
Tuesday 2:30pm–6:30pm shift
Pick up
additional shifts during the week
when required
Help cover team members during
annual leave, holidays and planned absences
Occasionally assist with
short-notice cover
where possible
Take on additional regular hours as they become available
While the position begins with a smaller number of guaranteed hours, there is
genuine opportunity for the role to grow
