About the role
This full-time Recycling Yard Hand role at Brett's Bins' in Moolap, VIC offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assembly & Process Worker to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing, transport and logistics company. In this hands-on position, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficient operation of the recycling yard and supporting the broader objectives of the business.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, sorting, and preparing materials for recycling in the yard
Operating machinery to move and compact materials
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment in the recycling yard
Assisting with the loading and unloading of recycling trucks
Providing excellent customer service to suppliers and other stakeholders
Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yard operations
What we're looking for
Some Experience as a Recycling Yard Hand or similar Assembly & Process role would be ideal




Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
Aged 18+ No previous experience needed
