This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk all day. You'll work alongside experienced team members, learn how businesses operate, build relationships with customers, and gain real‐world sales experience in one of Australia's most essential industries.
What's a Sales Cadetship?
Over ***** months, you'll receive hands‐on training across all areas of our business, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career in sales.
You'll gain experience in:
Transport operations and logistics
Customer service and administration
Sales and business development
Customer onboarding and relationship management
Warehousing, International Freight and the wider Supply Chain
Internal and external sales training programs
Working alongside and learning from experienced leaders and sales professionals
