Key responsibilities
Provide secure, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the Scrub/Scout role.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to quality improvement, audits, safety initiatives and service development within the theatre setting.
What you need
Undertake planned specialty rotations throughout the theatre suite.
Participate in several targeted study and education days.
Build specialist perioperative nursing knowledge and skills.
