Job Description
Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a blue-collar to mixed workforce across Distribution and Warehouse.
You will partner with site leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, and lead enterprise agreement negotiations with unions.
The role requires solid experience in industrial relations, compliance, and workforce change, with coaching skills to develop leadership capabilities and drive engagement.
