You will help staff assess risk, plan safety and provide timely support.
provide transparent leadership, coaching and guidance to helpline staff.
support complex family violence cases and help staff make sound decisions.
assess L17 referrals, identify risks and review who used violence.
What you need
You need a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification that meets specialist family violence requirements.
You also need to have completed the MARAM framework, including risk assessment and predominant aggressor identification.
