Job Description
Wellways in Lyneham, ACT is seeking a Service Lead to oversee the 24/7 ASUSD residential program, delivering safe, participant-centred services across multiple sites.
You will provide operational leadership, supervise staff, and ensure performance against funder and organisational requirements.
The role requires a tertiary health/human services qualification or equivalent, proven leadership of teams, robust change and performance management, and willingness to travel.
