Job Description
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Transitional Program, you will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, building your clinical capability in a supportive workplace.
Key responsibilities
Deliver and support assessment, planning and evaluation of patient care.
Provide evidence-based care within professional and legal frameworks.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and advocate for patients.
What you need
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
Applicants who are in their final year of study will be considered, however, appointment to the position is conditional upon obtaining full professional registration prior to commencement of employment.
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
