You will bolster product performance, customer satisfaction, and remote and on-site service delivery, working closely with cross‐functional teams to drive improvements.
You will manage contracts, audits, training, and dashboards, ensuring WHS compliance and profitable service operations while building solid customer relationships and guiding staff to meet SLA commitments.
