About the Role

As a Forklift Operator (Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our manufacturing operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading and transporting stock
RF scanning and inventory transactions
Receiving, storing and replenishing materials
Supporting production operations with timely material supply
Conducting routine equipment inspections
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Following safety, quality and food safety standards
Identifying and escalating operational issues where required
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure workplace

What We're Looking For
Previous forklift operating experience within manufacturing, warehousing or logistics
Experience using RF scanning systems




Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proven reliability and attendance record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded
FMCG or food manufacturing experience
Experience working within a high-volume warehouse workplace
