Job Description
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing/midwifery care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation, under the direct/indirect super vison of a registered nurse.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
What you need
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
Critical Thinking: Identify and develop secure and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
