YOUR ROLE
As a KEY lawyer in their winning Property Team (10), reporting to and being mentored by the senior partner (an industry leading practitioner with 35+ years' expertise in property and business law, you will relish the variety, challenge and rewards ofadvising/transactingon a full-spectrum of high endresidential/commercial/industrial/retail/aged-care property matters (including due diligence, acquisitions, planning, structuring, joint ventures, finance, construction, leasing, management and sales).
You will enjoy the autonomy managing your own practice/clients +support of senior paralegals/junior lawyers+ partaking in businessdevelopment/marketingactivities to further grow the practice.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer in NSW+have minimum 3-15+ years PAE property law experience (no maximum limit);
Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own property law files from start to finish including high-end large-scale/complexresidential/commercial/industrial/retailproperty transactions across multiple stages of the development cycle from acquisition through to sales .
Have strong technical property lawskills/knowledge+drafting/negotiation/client-management skills;
