This is an outstanding opportunity for a Site Foreman to oversee the safe, coordinated night-to-night delivery of a large-scale Sydney data centre project, spanning fitout and new build/extension works. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll coordinate trades, sequencing, site access, safety and progress to keep this complex project moving while maintaining SHAPE's high standards for quality, detail and programme performance.
These are full-time positions supporting night-shift delivery on a major Sydney data centre project.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and supplier access
Review subcontractor SWMS/SSOW before works commence
Monitor works on site and support close out of corrective actions
Organise defects rectification and support quality outcomes
Maintain site diaries, progress updates and project documentation
Update daily progress in SHAPE Project Delivery Systems, including Procore

What you'll bring:
You'll bring a practical, hands‐on approach to site coordination, with strong communication skills and a genuine focus on safety, teamwork and getting the job done properly. You'll be organised, proactive and confident working in a live construction workplace.
Including:
A trade qualification or tertiary building qualification
Current Construction Industry Card
Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
Experience working in construction and fast‐paced site environment
Exposure to project methodology and day‐to‐day site delivery
Strong understanding of EHSQ principles and safe work practices
Basic understanding of most trades and building services
