As a Principal Project Officer within the Social Housing Delivery Office, you will play an important role in improving how social housing is delivered and maintained across Queensland. Your work will help ensure people have access to safe, secure and appropriate housing while supporting the development of thriving communities.

In This Role, You Will
Lead and manage projects from planning through to delivery.
Develop business plans, project plans and operational strategies that support organisational priorities.




Analyse complex information and provide strategic advice to support well-informed decision-making.
Design and implement performance measures, tools and reporting frameworks that improve business outcomes.
Prepare high-quality briefings, reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Identify risks, resolve issues and support continuous improvement across programs and operations.
Represent the team in meetings, working groups and forums, presenting information and influencing outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring solid project management skills, sound judgment and a collaborative approach. You can manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments. You communicate clearly, build trust with stakeholders and confidently provide advice on challenging issues.
