Key Responsibilities
Document all works performed on site daily
Verify works are installed in accordance with specifications and company standards
Record all materials used, quantities, and locations
Track and document hours worked by crews and subcontractors
Obtain sign-off on completed works (internal and external where required)
Complete daily QA records, photos, and supporting documentation
Ensure all QA and site documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Identify and report non-conforming works or discrepancies
Liaise with supervisors, foremen, and management regarding documentation and compliance
track each job and communicate with Foreman required quantities
Monitor trucks delivering and exit site
What We're Looking For
Experience in
asphalt construction
(site exposure essential)
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable documenting works in real time on site
Ability to confidently verify works and request corrections where required
Good written communication and basic admin skills
Ability to work independently and consistently
Essential Requirements
White Card
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Ability to use mobile devices / tablets for photos and reporting
Fluent English (written and verbal)

good communication skill
good mathematics skills
